Blueberry mousse cake

This is one of my MOST favorites.. Every cake I have crafted is so special to me. And with each one it’s a challenge and emotions attached my client wanted a came which could sit out in the lawn for hours since there’s no storage option I remember how hectic it got for me as letting a moist cake sit out for more than 2hrs is a risk I had to make the richest mousse cakewhich usually turns out too sweet out side. But this one was a master piece for me it was amazingly stable flavoured and too lastig outside. I was overwhelmed bymy Customers review ❤ I would love to make such and more memories with u too..
