Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Thank you and we appreciate your purchase from us. Please read the Policies, Terms and Procedures carefully as they provide you with important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our user, which willaffect any purchase you make through us. The clauses listed here apply to return and refund requests:
Since these are perishable goods, our sellers cannot take back the products sold. After purchasing the Products through the Platform, under no circumstances will you have the right to make a return request or process a return request through the Platform.
Processing of refunds
Refunds are not granted in any of the cases. Refunds will be granted only if the order could not be fulfilled after confirmation and is delivered within 2 business days, or if the seller has delivered a damaged or inferior product and we are notified within 1 hour of receiving the product and the amount is credited to the same payment method with which it was received. You also have the option to request a wire transfer to your bank account, and if your order was placed through COD, you will be refunded by NEFT only. The refund will be made in the currency in which you paid. If this is not your local currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may result in a difference between the refund amount and the amount you originally paid (in your local currency). It is solely your responsibility if you incur any fees or losses in this process.
All refund requests must be made by you by contacting the technical support team available on the Platform, which is the official communication channel with our Platform and the Company. The Company will refrain from all other forms of communication. All refunds will be made only on the basis of and after review by us in accordance with this Policy. Refunds will be made within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days from the date of the User’s refund request and the money will be transferred to the User’s original payment source.
As a user, you do not have the right to cancel your order after you have placed it.
Company may cancel one or more orders at its sole discretion:
- it suspects that a User has conducted a fraudulent transaction, or
- in the event of the unavailability of a Service or
- for any reason beyond the Company’s control, including logistical difficulties in delivery.
- If the Company does not wish to do business with the User.
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-compliant Users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or to cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
