Shipping & Delivery Policy
We intend to offer you the best and most convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside within the seller’s proximity and we will be delivering the products through our own and third-party logistics service providers. We have tie-ups with third-party logistics service providers who shall undertake to provide us with the shipment and delivery services for the order placed through our Website and Application. The Vendor also has the option to deliver the Product themselves.
“Shipment time” shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our seller/vendor premises and shall be handed over to the third-party logistics service provider for delivery to you.
“Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the third-party logistics service provider to deliver your order to you in either whole or part.

- Once the product is shipped and handed over to the logistical service provider, it may take up to 4 business hours for the product to be delivered to your location. The delivery time also depends upon the size and type of the Product.
- The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 1 to 4 business Hours that shall be determined by multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the Logistical service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. The approximate delivery time shall be informed by you.

- The delivery agent assigned by the logistical service provider may contact the customer on call, by email, or by SMS before arrival.
- The delivery is chargeable for the products and the charges will be displayed on the Website or Application. The User shall check the delivery charges before placing an order.
- We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery. Further, we will not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the Logistics Service Provider.
- The delivery shall be assumed to be completed when the logistics provider shows complete on the Website or Application.
- You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the delivery day and estimated time upon placing the order.
- The Service Provider may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.
- We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivery including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, you may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by you for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
- If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we may undertake to deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to the availability of stock.
- The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 4 – 8 business Hours that shall be determined by multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the Logistical service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. - If you wish to get delivery to different addresses, then you shall be required to purchase the products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. You agree that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by you.
- We will not be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to a delay in delivery.
- You cannot cancel the order even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery.
- We do not allow any exchanges/return or refund regarding the products once sold to the customer nor the customer can return the order to the delivery person.
- We will however undertake to accept your request for replacement if the delivery obligations are fulfilled by you as specified in the Return and Cancellation Policy.
