I bake cake in oven. Dry Ingredients are maida,baking soda, baking powder, salt, lot of corn flavour. To beat egg. Vanila essence, powdered sugar, sunflower oil, milk and, butterscotch mix to beat pluffy batter. To bake the cake apply caramal syrup, praline etc.

കേക്ക് ഓവനിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. ഇതിൽ മൈദയിൽ baking powder, baking soda, salt, നന്നായി മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നു. Egg, sugar powder, vanila essence, sunflower oil, നന്നായി ബീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക. ഈ ബാറ്ററിലേക്ക് dry ingredients ഇട്ടു കുറച്ചു മിൽക്ക് ഒഴിച്ച് നന്നായി മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഈ batter കേക്ക് ടിന്നിൽ ഒഴിച്ച് ഓവനിൽ bake ചെയ്യുന്നു. കേക്ക് bake ചെയ്തു ഓരോ ലയെറിലും sugar syrup apply ചെയ്തു whipping ക്രീമിന് മുകളിൽ ആയിരുന്നു caramel syrup, caramalized nuts, badam (praline), milk made apply ചെയ്യുന്നു.
