While doing my graduation in food and nutrition, it was mandatory to take the food practical’s, initially it used to be a headache for me to attend those practical but the bakery classes intrigued me, since then i developed this passion for baking and with time the interest only deepened. All that being said, i think now is the right time for me to make a career out of something that i love doing. I have a knack for making and trying new stuff so my baking doesn’t get restricted to only sweet cakes and cookies, i like to go beyond it and bake everything a consumer can ask for, as vague and as bizarre as possible, hence the name… Random bakes.
