Can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel an order, please go to “Orders” in your Cakesify account.

Note: Cancellations can only be made before the baker begins preparing your cake.

To modify an order, please contact the baker as soon as possible. You can find the baker’s contact details from your order confirmation email, or from the “Orders” section in your Cakesify account.
