How do I add a product?

Create a collection first, then add products into it. The product builder is AI assisted, so a photo and a name get you most of a listing, and you edit from there.

Before you start

Have the photo, the name, the sizes you actually make, the price for each, the main ingredients and the prep time. Doing this on paper first turns an afternoon into twenty minutes.

Steps

1. Open your dashboard home and scroll to Create collection. Name it for what goes in it: Theme cakes, Pickles, Festival sweets.
2. Inside the collection, tap Add product.
3. Upload the photo and type the product name.
4. The builder drafts a description for you, including taste and texture notes. Read it and edit it. It is a draft written from a photo, not a fact. You are responsible for what it says.
5. Fill in ingredients, allergens, shelf life, storage, prep time, and your sizes and prices.
6. Submit.

How to know it worked

The product appears in your collection with a photo and a price. If it still says Draft, something required is missing. Open it and look for the empty field.

If it doesn't work

• The photo will not upload. It may be too large. Take a fresh one on your phone rather than sending a forwarded WhatsApp image.
• The generated description describes the wrong thing. Rewrite it. A photo of a chocolate cake with coffee in it will not tell the AI about the coffee.
• You cannot find Add product. You need a collection first. There is no loose product outside one.
