When do I get paid?

Your payout starts once the order has been fulfilled and the settlement conditions are met. It usually reaches your bank within three to five business days after that.

What happens in between

The commission, GST on it, the gateway fee, GST on that, and TCS where it applies are all accounted for first. Then the balance is sent to the bank account in your payout setup.

Payouts may be processed in batches depending on how many orders you have and what state they are in. A busy festival weekend may settle in more than one transfer.

Where to watch it

The Payouts section of your dashboard shows settlements due to be processed.

Business days means business days

Three to five business days does not count Sundays or bank holidays. An order fulfilled on a Friday before a long weekend is not late on Tuesday.

When a payout is held

Two situations hold a payout: a complaint under investigation on that order, and a product recall affecting it. Your other orders are not affected either way.
