How do I get my store ready to share?

Three things stand between you and your first order.

Before you start

Your product list, your photos, and about an hour.

Steps

  1. Finish your seller profile. All five sections. See How do I complete my seller profile?
  2. Add around ten products. Each with a photo, correct weights or sizes, prices, ingredients, allergens and prep time. Ten is not a rule, it is the point at which a customer has a real choice. See How do I add a product?
  3. Check your store on your own phone. Open your store link as a customer would. Look at it the way a stranger would. Anything you would hesitate over, fix now.
  4. Share your link. Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, your existing customer group. See Sharing your store.

How to know it worked

Your store link opens to a shop that looks finished: products with photos, prices that make sense, and nothing saying Draft.

What happens next

Once your catalogue and FSSAI are in order, your products also become eligible to appear on the Cakesify Marketplace, where customers who have never heard of you can find them.

If it doesn't work

  • A product is not showing. It may still be a draft, or marked sold out. Check in Products.
  • The store looks empty on a phone. Collections with no products in them still show. Either fill them or remove them.
