What is my store link, and can I change it?

Your store link is the web address customers use to visit your shop. It is made from your store title when you first set up, and you can change it afterwards.

Changing the subdomain

Once you reach your Seller Dashboard, you are offered the option to choose or change your store subdomain name. Pick something short and easy to say out loud, because people will be typing it from your packaging or reading it off a story.

Finding and sharing it

1. Open Seller Home.
2. Tap Share, at the top right, next to Preview.
3. Tap Copy link, or share straight to WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook from the same window.
4. The share window also gives you a QR code, which is the one to print on your boxes and cards.

Where to put it

Instagram bio. WhatsApp Business catalogue. Your status. The group chat where people already ask you for orders. Printed on the box, so the person who received a cake as a gift can find you.

Using your own domain
