Cakesify Seller help

Can I use my own domain?

If you already own a domain like www.mybakery.com, write to support@cakesify.com with the domain name and we will tell you what is involved and whether there is a cost.

Before you ask

Be clear about what you want. Pointing your own domain at your Cakesify store is one thing. Running a separate website alongside it is another, and that is not what this is.

Your products, orders and settings all keep working the same way either side of a domain change. The dashboard does not move.

Do not buy a domain for this yet

If you do not already own one, wait until you have asked. A domain you bought for a plan that turns out not to fit is an annual cost for nothing.

Is it worth it?

For most sellers, honestly, not at the start. Your Cakesify store link already works, already ranks, and is already on your packaging and your Instagram bio. A custom domain is a branding decision for a business that already has steady orders, not a growth lever for one that does not.

Spend the effort on your catalogue and sharing your link first.
