What are seller levels?
Seller levels are intended to reflect how your store is performing overall: catalogue and profile completeness, orders and sales, customer engagement, and reviews.
This feature is not live yet. We will publish the levels and the criteria before it is switched on, rather than scoring anyone against rules they have not seen.
What to do in the meantime
The things that will count are the things that already matter: a complete catalogue, accurate listings, orders fulfilled on time, customers who come back.
There is no separate work to do for levels. A store that is doing well by its customers will be doing well by any reasonable measure we eventually publish.
Why we are saying this now
Because the question comes up, and the honest answer is better than a vague one. When it does go live you will hear about it directly, with the criteria in full.
Advertising
Promotion and advertising tools are a separate thing from levels. See Promoting your store.
